2 tbsp oil

1 medium onion (sliced)

How to Prepare Sri Lankan Style Harischandra Plain Noodles
1. Boil the Noodles

Add Harischandra Plain Noodles to boiling salted water.

Cook for 3–4 minutes until soft but not soggy.

Drain and set aside. (Add 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking.)
2. Prepare the Vegetable Base

Heat oil in a pan.
