Sri Lankan Coconut Chicken Curry Recipe

500g chicken (bone-in preferred for more flavour)

3 tablespoons Maggi Coconut Milk Powder

1 cup warm water

1 onion (finely sliced)

2 cloves garlic (crushed)

1 inch ginger (crushed)

2 green chillies (slit)

1 sprig curry leaves

1 cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon Sri Lankan curry powder

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon chilli powder (adjust to taste)

Method:
